IHM Executive

To support the IHM maintenance and other marine projects undertaken by the division

ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:

IHM Maintenance (Document review and follow up)

• Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections.
• Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs.
• Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.

QA Roles

• Assist with record keeping and revisions of QMS Manuals and Documents

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Advanced Excel and other business productivity applications.
• Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and electronic record management.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate the accuracy and integrity of generated data.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and digital workflow applications.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control practices.

Professional Skills

• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review technical and compliance-related documents.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and controlled documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in science.
• Diploma or certification in Computer Applications, Data Science, Quality Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in document management, quality systems,data processing, or administrative support.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, document control, or compliance-related activities will be preferred.
