About the Role

As Impact Program Intern, you will get the chance to:

  • Support administrative and operational execution of the Amartha Cendekia Scholarship Program
  • Assist in managing participant database, documentation, and coordination
  • Support development of content matrix and planning for amartha.org (especially instagram)
  • Assist in drafting captions, campaign ideas, and impact storytelling materials
  • Support coordination for impact programs and community initiatives
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal tracking of program progress
  • Contribute ideas and research for program development and improvement
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from Communications, Social Sciences, Management, Marketing, or related majors
  • Strong interest in social impact, education, community development, and sustainability programs
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with basic content writing and social media planning skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, creative, willing to learn, and able to support multiple projects in a collaborative environment
