We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?     Purpose of the Role Motortech AI is growing quickly, with increasingly complex customer implementations, large retail groups, OEM programmes, and international expansion driving demand for scalable delivery. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll take ownership of customer implementations from contract signature through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and to a high standard. You'll work closely with customers, technical teams, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, manage delivery plans, coordinate integrations, and overcome challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role that combines project delivery, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder management. You'll be trusted to take ownership, drive progress, and keep implementations moving, even when faced with competing priorities or unforeseen issues. In the early stages, you'll quickly get up to speed on existing projects and take the lead on delivery. Over time, you'll help shape and improve our implementation approach, creating repeatable processes and best practices that support Motortech AI's continued growth.
