Stellenbeschreibung

DU…

  • führst Standard Line Balancing (SLB) zur Optimierung von Taktzeiten und Prozessabläufen durch
  • analysierst Produktions- und Montageabläufe direkt am Shopfloor
  • erstellst und optimierst Arbeitsverteilungsdiagramme (AVD) auf Basis von Arbeitsplänen und Routings
  • identifizierst Engpässe, kritische Pfade und Verbesserungspotenziale entlang der Fertigungslinie
  • arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Manufacturing Engineering und Industrial Engineering zusammen
  • unterstützt die Umsetzung nachhaltiger Prozessverbesserungen im Produktionsumfeld

Qualifikationen

DU…

  • hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • hast praktische Erfahrung im Standard Line Balancing (SLB) sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Montageabläufen
  • verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse in MTM und/oder REFA
  • hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Arbeitsplänen, Routings oder Arbeitsverteilungsdiagrammen (AVD)
  • bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus der Luftfahrt-, Automotive- oder Metallindustrie mit
  • kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
