We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade data integration and master data management solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), along with a solid understanding of data integration, data quality, governance, and modern cloud-based data platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable data solutions that enable accurate, consistent, and trusted enterprise data. You will work closely with business analysts, data architects, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation.

This role offers an opportunity to work on complex data environments, contribute to MDM and cloud transformation initiatives, and help establish reliable data foundations for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
• Develop and manage cloud-based data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective data integration solutions.
• Work with MDM data models, hierarchies, relationships, match and merge processes, and data governance requirements.
• Develop data integration mappings, workflows, transformations, and reusable components.
• Implement data quality, validation, cleansing, and standardisation processes.
• Integrate MDM platforms with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot integration, data quality, and MDM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with data architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Document technical designs, data mappings, integration processes, and implementation details.
• Participate in performance tuning and optimisation of integration and MDM solutions.
• Follow development standards, security guidelines, version-control practices, and deployment processes.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives involving cloud-based data platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in data integration, MDM, and data governance capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in Informatica development, data integration, or related data engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Strong working knowledge of Informatica IDMC and cloud-based data integration.
• Good understanding of MDM concepts including data models, match and merge, hierarchies, relationships, and data quality.
• Experience developing integration workflows, mappings, transformations, and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modelling, and enterprise data integration concepts.
• Experience integrating MDM and data platforms with APIs, applications, and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership of deliverables and production issues.
• Strong focus on data accuracy, solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
