How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

A Pessoa Coordenadora de Proteção da Informação (IPC) atua como embaixador(a) de Privacidade de Dados e Proteção da Informação nos 8 países da LATAM. Em alinhamento com o DPO local e com report direto ao Lead LATAM IPC, você apoiará a proteção de dados sensíveis de colaboradores, negócios e pacientes, garantindo conformidade com as regulamentações regionais e internacionais.

• Políticas e Programas: Apoiar a implementação das Políticas de Segurança Digital e Privacidade (incluindo o programa Cyber4ALL e Código de Conduta); colaborar na identificação de oportunidades de alinhamento e planos de ação locais.

• Gestão de Riscos e Parcerias: Atuar em parceria com Proprietários de Negócios no mapeamento de ativos e em Avaliações de Risco (Privacy by Design); integrar a proteção aos processos de risco e apoiar na resolução de incidentes.

• Cultura e Conscientização: Conduzir iniciativas de conscientização em cibersegurança, promover boas práticas e ser um ponto de contato local de confiança para alertas e novidades.

• Compliance em Saúde (HHC): Auxiliar na gestão de dados sensíveis (PHI), conformidade em hospedagem/transferência de dados e atendimento primário a solicitações de privacidade.

Do you have these requirements?

• Formação: Bacharelado em Direito, Administração, Compliance ou áreas correlatas (Formação em Direito é um diferencial). Pós-graduação ou certificação na área (ex.: DPO, CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPO) é altamente desejável.

• Experiência e Mentalidade: Aprendiz contínuo com forte entendimento de processos corporativos e aptidão para construir parcerias em estruturas organizacionais complexas.

• Competências: Fortes habilidades de comunicação para ouvir, alinhar e promover a confiança entre equipes diversas, aliadas ao bom senso para equilibrar objetivos de negócio e riscos de conformidade.

• Idiomas: Inglês, Português e Espanhol são essenciais para o cargo (Nível Profissional Avançado/Fluente).
