Description du poste

Nous recherchons pour notre client, un ingénieur infrastructure et virtualisation, qui interviendra au sein d’un environnement de production informatique sur des sujets d’infrastructure, d’évolution technique et de maintien en conditions opérationnelles des systèmes.

Le périmètre concerne notamment les infrastructures serveurs, la virtualisation, le stockage, la sauvegarde, la conteneurisation, la supervision et la sécurité.

 

Vos missions:

  • Administrer et faire évoluer les infrastructures systèmes.
  • Participer aux études, déploiements et optimisations techniques.
  • Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des systèmes, matériels et logiciels.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques de niveau 2/3.
  • Optimiser les performances des infrastructures
  • Contribuer aux actions de sécurité et de continuité de service.
  • Maintenir la documentation et la cartographie technique.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et de résolution des incidents.
  • Participer à l’évolution des architectures techniques.

  • Gestion des incidents niveau 2/3
  • Environnements de production et datacenters
