Industry AcumenĀ
- Understand the larger dynamics driving the evolution of the life sciences industry and how it influences the adoption of Red Nucleus solutions.Ā Ā Translate this information into compelling sales messages that influence target buyersĀ
- IdentifyingĀ new contacts within our population of target buyers at companies within the pharmaceutical, biosciences, and medical device marketsĀ
- Working with marketing to procure additional intelligence and optimize nurture campaigns that will drive interest and open doors with these target buyersĀ
Ā
Relationship DevelopmentĀ
- Establish initial relationships with decision makers via social media, e-mail, telephone, and videoconference to support discovery, qualification, and introduction of field sales and solution experts across Red NucleusĀ
- GrowingĀ early-stageĀ pipeline and increasing close rates for the entire organization due to quantity and quality of opportunitiesĀ
- Leveraging information gathered through these conversations to update ideal customer profiles, objectionsĀ encountered, and messages that resonate in the sales playbook with theĀ salesĀ operationsĀ teamĀ
- Leveraging information gathered through these conversations to update buyer persona characteristics and campaign content with theĀ marketingĀ departmentĀ
- Supporting the introduction of new products and services within existing client accounts as necessary to support launchĀ
Technical AcumenĀ
- Recording contacts/activities and enhancing profile data for contacts within Salesforce inĀ a timelyĀ andĀ accurateĀ fashionĀ
- Supporting Marketing campaigns and sales goal achievement for the entire Red Nucleus organizationĀ
- UtilizeĀ the foundational platforms and version-specific features of CRM and otherĀ sales &Ā marketing toolsets,Ā understandsĀ details of primary andĀ third-partyĀ market research & networking techniques.Ā

Background and Skill RequirementsĀ
- Bachelorās degree in business,Ā lifeĀ sciences,Ā communications, or a related fieldĀ Ā
- 4 or more years of experience in marketing and sales, experience in the life sciences industry preferredĀ
- Experience with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Marketing Automation solutionsĀ or similar toolsĀ
- Experience calling into senior leadersĀ Ā
- High integrity and credibility in all discussions and actionsĀ
- High initiative, motivation, resilience, and persistenceĀ
- Ownership of and accountability for resultsĀ
- Ability to grow into otherĀ sales orĀ marketing roles over time as supported by need and aptitudeĀ
- Less than 10% travel anticipatedĀ
