RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America.  We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused Call Center Confirmation Agents to join our growing team. Available Schedules Position 1 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM This position is scheduled for full-time, 40 hours per week, with two days off each week. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $20 per hour Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $1,000 Paid Time Off 12 Paid Holidays Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Opportunities for professional development, training, and career advancement Qualifications 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred Follow a comfortable script Confirm appointments with homeowners via call or texting system Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Excellent active listening and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service Program Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction.
