Inside Sales Team Leader

ALSO is looking for a Team Leader Inside Sales to set up and manage our inside sales department in Europe. This person will create all the administration processes and aim for a seamless system integration to maximize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales account managers and our administration department in the headquarters to manage the administration flow and provide the overview with regular reports.

What You'll Do

• Through consultation you will identify the requirements to set-up the administration and draft the blueprint for the integration of customer administration into our system.

• You will transform the blueprint into processes and systems.

• You will manage the flow of orders, adaptions, invoicing and other documents between ALSO and our customers. This department is the backbone of the interaction with our customers and is focussed on maximizing customer satisfaction.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them with their questions or requests, through phone and e-mail.

• We have a limited number of customers which allows you to build strong relationships

• You take pride out of precision and administrational excellence.

• You are a beacon for the team when it comes to finding the right touchpoint in our structure. You are thriving to connect the dots.

• Through automatisation you will aim for a quick and efficient conversion of the incoming data.

• You start on your own, but as the business grows your team will grow. You offer them a safe environment to grow, develop and shine. You safeguard the culture and ensure positive interactions with customers and colleagues.

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in both English and Dutch is required; German is a plus.

• Previous experience leading an internal sales department.

• You have an understanding and experience working with a CRM system. You feel comfortable setting up processes and forming an administration architecture.

• You have strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills

• You are a self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently, while collaborating with the wider team.

The salary for this position ranges from EUR 88,000 - 110,000 (85/15 split) per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. We offer a hybrid work model 4 - 5 days a week based out of our Deinze office.
