施主・ビルオーナー、ゼネコン・サブコン・設計事務所への提案営業 

  • ビルディングオートメーションシステムの提案 

  • 中央監視、セキュリティ、HVAC&R、省エネルギー、ファシリティマネジメント等各種ソリューションの提案 

  • 新築・改修・リニューアル工事の提案 

  • メカニカルサービスの提案 

  • 設計打ち合わせ・見積り作成 

 

How you will do it 

  • 既存顧客とのリレーション強化 

  • 新規顧客開拓および立ち上げ 

 

 

What we look for 

Required 

  • 建築業界での営業経験 

  • サブコンに対する営業経験 

  • 施主・オーナー（デベロッパー・鉄道・病院等）営業の経験 

  • 中央監視装置・自動制御機器の営業または施工経験 

  • 空調・プラントにおける営業または施工経験 

  • ソリューション営業経験 

  • 空調、電気、衛生などの建築設備業界の経験・知識 

 

Preferred 

  • エネルギー管理業務またはESCO業務経験・知識 

  • 空調、電気、衛生などの建築設備業界の経験・知識 

  • 設備の設計・施工経験者尚可 

  • 電気工事施工管理技士 

  • 管工事施工管理技士 

  • 英語力（尚可-外資アカウントセールスチームあり） 

  • 計装士 

  • エネルギー管理士 

  • 認定ファシリティマネジャー
