💼 What You'll Do

• Build your own book of business through leads, outreach, and networking
• Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies
• Learn to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM (full training provided)
• Focus on what you do best — selling. Our account managers handle servicing.

💰 What You'll Earn

• Base + draw + uncapped commission
• Typical first-year earnings: $50K–$80K+, with serious upside as your book grows
• Full benefits package included, this is a W2 role!

🎯 Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an insurance agent, producer, sales rep, etc
• A natural communicator with a "hunter" mindset
• Someone who thrives on outreach and relationship-building
• Coachable, motivated, and hungry to learn and grow

📍 Onsite | Monday–Friday | Spartanburg, SC

This is a true sales role — there's a ramp-up period as you build your book — but the training, support, and earning potential are built to help you succeed for the long haul.
