The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.
Sage Intacct Application Consultant (Remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
- Apply both Sage Intacct expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- Prior construction experience preferred in either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location:
- Work from home.
- Midwest preferred with travel up to 20–30%.
