As an Integrated Management System Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Riyadh Air’s safety, quality, compliance, and environmental management systems, ensuring they support a safe, compliant, and continuously improving operation.

Strengthen safety and compliance — manage the company’s mandatory, voluntary, confidential, and anonymous safety reporting processes, ensuring timely regulatory notifications and accurate records in line with applicable requirements and company policies.

Drive audit and quality assurance — support the planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation of internal and external audits, maintain the latest applicable standards in iQSMS, and provide clear reports and dashboards for QAG, QLC, and QRB.

Support operational oversight — coordinate Third Country Approvals (TCO) and support the LOSA programme, working with internal teams, regulatory authorities, service providers, and partners to ensure effective planning, follow-up, and compliance.

About You

Degree qualified with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational/management experience, and at least 5 years’ experience in aviation quality assurance or an airline safety department.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with iQSMS or similar aviation safety or quality management systems.
