Job Description

Brindar soporte operativo al área de Business Excellence mediante la actualización, validación y administración de información comercial. Apoyar la ejecución de actividades relacionadas con reportería, plataformas comerciales y procesos de soporte al negocio. Contribuir a la calidad y disponibilidad de la información utilizada por el área para el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño. Ejecutar tareas operativas y administrativas siguiendo los lineamientos y procedimientos establecidos por el área de Business Excellence.

  • Actualizar y mantener reportes comerciales periódicos, garantizando la consistencia y disponibilidad de la información para los usuarios internos.
  • Realizar actividades de validación, consolidación y limpieza de bases de datos utilizadas en los diferentes procesos de Business Excellence.
  • Gestionar solicitudes operativas y actualizaciones en las plataformas comerciales y sistemas de soporte, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por el área.
  • Apoyar el seguimiento y actualización de información relacionada con negociaciones, comerciales alineadas con la política comercial

Brindar soporte a los procesos de reportería, compensación, bonificados y demás iniciativas y procesos gestionados por el área de Business Excellence.
