About this role
ā¢ Support business processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, its importers and Porsche AG
ā¢ Support in ensuring compliance with internal control policies, procedures and accounting standards
ā¢ Support the accounts payable and receivable process
ā¢ Support in financial and tax related reporting
ā¢ Assist in process update, system implementation and improvement for Finance department
ā¢ Assist in the preparation of monthly GL closing (using SAP) and management reports
ā¢ Assist in the preparation of billing documents
ā¢ Support in procurement tender process and monthly reporting
ā¢ Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy or any other relevant studies
ā¢ Past internship experience preferred
ā¢ Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
ā¢ Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
ā¢ Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
