We are currently looking for a international business management instructor to teach from June 29 - July 24, 2026 with more sessions later in the year.

Key Duties and Responsibilitiesย
- Teach an in-person, four-week international business management course from 9 am โ 12:15 pm, Monday โ Friday.
- Deliver classes on introductory international business management topics. (international trade, logistics, financial management, managerial styles, organizational culture, etc.)
- Help groups of 12-15 international students develop skills in business management and English language communication.
- Use a SMART board and present digital curriculum.
- Administer and assess weekly quizzes.
- Design, monitor, and assess a real-world project.
- Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material.
- Lead external visits to business offices.
- Complete attendance and administer course learning management system.
- Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience
ย
Essential
- TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)
- Undergraduate degree

Desirable
- Professional business or business management experience (e.g. marketing, finance, trade, etc.)
- Degree or diploma in business or applicable field
- Business management teaching experience at the post-secondary level
