[Internship] HR Systems / Ai Transformation

This is a full-time internship based in Amsterdam starting in September. It is only open to students currently in full-time education based in The Netherlands.

We are KRAFTON – a global collective of game development studios and publishing teams dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences. While you may know us through our flagship title, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, our portfolio covers a diverse range games; from indie to AAA – made by studios all around the world.

Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, where we cover publishing & marketing for the EMEA region, as well as manage our Esports and other activities. We are also currently building a new PUBG game, with a large team of developers based here in-house.

We are looking for a forward-thinking student to join our EMEA HR Team as an HR Systems / Ai Transformation Intern. Reporting to our HR Lead, you won’t just be shadowing the team; you will be the project owner of a strategic initiative to transform our HR operations through Artificial Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between human resources and innovative technology in an international business environment.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Transformation: Act as the primary project owner for identifying and implementing AI solutions within the HR department.
• Process Mapping: Analyze current HR workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
• Prototype Development: Design and test AI-driven tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to gather requirements and validate your solutions through user feedback.
• Strategic Reporting: Document your findings and present a final recommendation package for scaling AI across EMEA HR.

Required Experience:

• Current Student: You are currently enrolled in an HBO or WO degree program (e.g., Business, HR, Data Science, or Digital Transformation).
• Analytical Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to complex tasks.
• Tech-Curious: You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
• Proactive Communicator: You are comfortable working independently and can present technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

“Nice to Have” Experience:

• HR Fundamentals: A basic understanding of HR processes or organizational structures.
• Project Management: Previous experience or coursework related to project planning and execution.
• International Mindset: Comfort working in a diverse, English-speaking professional environment.
