Job Summary 

Support contract administration activities, including document management, contract drafting, data analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role provides hands-on experience in managing business agreements and maintaining contract records. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update contract records and databases. 

  • Draft procurement contracts. 

  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and document completeness. 

  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Excel. 

  • Support administrative activities related to contract management. 

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation. 

 

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate and last year student, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field. 

  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. 

  • Basic understanding of contracts, agreements, and business administration. 

  • Strong written English skills. 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
