The Role

As an IT Graduate, you will join our IT team and gain broad exposure to the technology systems and support functions that underpin a growing international organisation.

You will support day-to-day IT operations while developing practical experience across user support, hardware and software, systems administration, cybersecurity and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users across the organisation.
• Assist with hardware and software setup and troubleshooting.
• Support user account and access management.
• Assist with IT asset management.
• Support the maintenance of IT systems and documentation.
• Assist with software and system updates.
• Support IT security and compliance initiatives.
• Record and manage support requests.
• Assist with IT projects and system improvements.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in IT and technology.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments is advantageous.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
