The Opportunity

We're looking for a Modern Workplace Specialist to help shape the future of work at Netwealth. You'll champion Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI capabilities, empowering teams to collaborate better, automate smarter and unlock new ways of working.

Working across the business, you'll partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver modern workplace solutions and build digital confidence through enablement, training and innovation.

About You

You're naturally curious about how technology can improve the way people work and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills and enjoy bringing people on the journey as new tools and ideas are introduced.

You'll bring experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern workplace technologies, along with a passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and modern endpoint management.

• Understand Power Platform and enjoy building practical solutions that simplify work and improve efficiency.

• Have exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and emerging AI technologies.

• Can translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

• Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across technology and business teams.

• Adapt quickly, work autonomously and maintain focus in a fast-moving environment.

• Take ownership, act with integrity and genuinely care about delivering great outcomes for others.
