About Our Client

Stride Autism Centers is a mission-driven healthcare organization serving children and families across four states in the U.S. Their compliance and clinical quality function supports 23 centers, with a strong focus on audit readiness, documentation quality, and regulatory risk reduction.

Role Overview

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will provide the operational backbone for Stride’s IT function, with a strong initial focus on executing the technology workstream of the company’s HIPAA security remediation plan. This is an execution-oriented role, not a strategy role, and it will be central to keeping devices secure, access controlled, evidence documented, and staff supported across a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the technology workstream of Stride’s HIPAA remediation plan under direction from leadership and the internal IT team.
  • Build and maintain a complete inventory of systems that touch PHI, including ownership, access control, and offboarding procedures.
  • Drive MDM enrollment to 100% across company-managed devices, monitor compliance dashboards, and remediate unenrolled or non-compliant devices.
  • Support the SSO rollout across the application stack, including user communications, troubleshooting, and enrollment tracking.
  • Verify and document key security controls such as MFA enforcement, encryption reporting, and remote lock/wipe testing.
  • Execute offboarding controls in coordination with HR, including deprovisioning, license reclamation, and account deactivation.
  • Maintain audit-ready evidence files for all remediation tasks, configurations, tests, and exports.
  • Administer endpoint management platforms, device inventory, patching baselines, and security policies.
  • Own software license inventory, renewals, seat reconciliation, and annual cost rollups.
  • Serve as first-line IT support for staff across all centers and corporate functions, escalating issues clearly when needed.
  • Support new center openings by coordinating device planning, procurement inputs, MDM setup, and go-live readiness.
  • 3–5+ years in IT support, endpoint administration, or IT operations in a distributed, multi-site environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM or endpoint management platforms such as Mosyle, Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with identity and access management, including SSO/MFA administration in Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule requirements and familiarity with NIST CSF or CIS Controls.
  • Experience with software asset and license management, including seat tracking and renewals.
  • Strong documentation discipline, with the ability to produce clear runbooks, checklists, and evidence files.
  • Excellent written English and patient, jargon-free communication with non-technical users.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling elevated access in a PHI environment.
  • Ability to work with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Central Time.

Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Google Workspace / Microsoft administrator certifications.
  • Experience supporting EHR or practice management platforms, especially CentralReach.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and remote support tools.
  • Prior remote support experience for a U.S. healthcare organization under a business associate agreement.
  • Compensation in USD.
  • Fully remote work
  • High-growth opportunities in an international company.
