As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Team Lead to build, mentor, and drive a high performing recruitment team while delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of IT Recruiters, setting clear performance expectations and supporting their professional growth
  
• Managing end to end recruitment processes for IT and technology consulting positions
  
• Driving team delivery against recruitment targets, KPIs, and client SLAs
  
• Monitoring recruitment pipelines, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency across all assignments
  
• Coaching recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and negotiation techniques
  
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers, sales teams, and delivery managers to understand business priorities
  
• Supporting strategic workforce planning and recruitment forecasting
  
• Personally managing senior and business critical recruitment processes when required
  
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, and other recruitment channels
  
• Ensuring accurate ATS management, reporting, and recruitment process compliance
  
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment operations, processes, and tools
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating recruitment teams
  
• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity
  
• Proven track record delivering recruitment projects within consulting, staffing, outsourcing, or technology environments
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
  
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
  
• Fluent Polish and English
  
• Strong organisational, leadership, and decision making abilities
  
• Proactive, results driven, and highly accountable approach
  

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for AI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Cloud related roles
  
• Experience working within IT consulting or body leasing organisations
  
• Experience implementing recruitment automation and AI driven sourcing solutions
