Stellenbeschreibung

Arbeit überwiegend vor Ort in Horgen

  • First-Level-Support 
  • Bearbeitung täglicher Serviceanfragen über das Ticketsystem
  • Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an den Second-Level-Support
    Second-Level-Support
  • Pflege und Organisation von Serverräumen sowie IT-Gerätelagern vor Ort
  • Beschaffung und Einrichtung von IT-Hardware wie Laptops, Desktops und Druckern.
  • Unterstützung und Wartung lokaler Konferenzraumausstattung
  • Koordination von Drittanbietern für Vor-Ort-Support
    Remote Eyes & Hands für globale IT-Teams:
  • Unterstützung bei Cybersecurity-Aufgaben wie Patching und Malware-Vorfällen
  • Mitarbeit an der Unternehmensarchitektur durch Definition von Standards.
  • Fehlerbehebung bei lokalen Servern und Netzwerken (WLAN/LAN/WAN

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Freude & Erfahrung im IT-Support (1st und 2nd Level)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerken und Cybersicherheit
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Diplomatisch
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
