• System Management, Maintenance and Monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer science or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven work experience as a support engineer.
• Knowledge of MS Windows OS environment (Linux knowledge is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written & verbal).

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results.
• Methodical, Quality and Results-oriented.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
