Expertise in the following technical areas - Java, JSF, JPA, Spring WebFlow, Spring IOC, Javascript, CSSÂ
Prior experience in working with Insurance company. Familiarity with Insurance process, especially policy & Claims.Â
Prior experience in working with Product implementationsÂ
Experience with Exigen Insurance Product is desirableÂ
Prior experience in working in a Multi vendor environmentÂ
Prior experience in working in an Agile projectÂ
Ability to lead and grow offshore teamÂ
Client facing with 3rd party liaisoningÂ
Excellent communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
Java Technical LeadÂ
Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the project roadmapÂ
Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to develop the optimal solutionÂ
