【你會做什麼】
一、Upper Funnel — 把品牌與商品推到對的人眼前
- 社群內容：與實習生協作規劃並產出社群內容，掌握 IG、Threads、小紅書的話題節奏
- 廣告投放：監測廣告成效，與廣告團隊依數據表現持續優化投放策略；與實習生、廣告、設計團隊協作產出廣告素材
- KOC / KOL 合作：主動接洽聯繫，並負責內容方向與主題溝通，確保產出符合品牌與檔期目標
- 部落格經營：與實習生協作產出部落格內容，提升品牌與單店在 SEO、GEO 的曝光表現
二、Lower Funnel — 讓進站的人真的下單
- FunNow 日本站內日常維運：操作 CRM 系統與站內工具（站內曝光版位、Push、Pop-up、CRM 分眾溝通），推出站內行銷活動或與 AM、實習生協作優化站內方案說明，持續優化站內轉換率
三、Project Support — 專案支援
- 季度性專案活動：支援與宣傳海外線上／線下售票活動（有海外出差機會）
- 組織流程優化：參與 AI 自動化工具導入專案，代表日本市場提供專業意見與需求，協助提升全公司行銷產出效率

【以下條件，讓你更加分】
- 有帶領或協作實習生／小型團隊的經驗
- 熟悉 CRM／MA 工具，能自行解讀成效數據
- 熟悉 Canva、Figma、CapCut 等工具，具一定美感
- 是 FunNow 的愛用者，或熟悉 FunNow 臺灣、日本的社群風格
- 熱愛日本旅遊，喜歡為了旅行做功課、挖掘隱藏好店並推薦給朋友
- 有線上／線下活動企劃或執行經驗
【經驗與能力要求】
- 具備 2–3 年以上品牌行銷相關工作經驗
- 具備商用日文會話與聽說讀寫能力（N1 或同等程度佳）
- 中文母語程度，英文可作為工作溝通語言
