Java Full Stack Developer

The Developer job helps maintain proper codebases by regularly updating dependencies and configurations. The user should be in line with best practices of environment-management and resource availability.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Designs, develops, and maintains backend Java-based microservices and JavaScript applications within a distributed systems environment.

• Builds scalable, resilient APIs and services, as well as flexible and reusable UI components.

• Writes and optimizes SQL queries for relational databases and works with NoSQL data stores as needed.

• Contributes across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Implements domain solutions and executes changes in alignment with established implementation plans.

• Maintains automation of routine tasks through scripting and develops programs to address more complex system configuration and enhancements.

• Creates and maintains documentation related to system configuration, processes, and service records.

• Takes ownership of technical deliverables, working independently with minimal oversight to drive tasks through to completion.

• Collaborates effectively across technical teams and seeks guidance from senior engineers on complex or ambiguous technical challenges.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Java, including familiarity with modern frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript for frontend development, including building and maintaining UI components.
• 2+ years of experience of AWS cloud platform and database (RDBMS or No SQL)

Base Pay Range: $80,600/yr - $92,800/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
