Job Description:

    • Desarrollar e implementar el programa institucional de seguridad.
    • Gestionar la administración de riesgos en EHS (medio ambiente, salud y seguridad).
    • Dar seguimiento a sistemas y plataformas como MIRC, Velocity y WorldLex.
    • Coordinar con Salud Ocupacional para cumplir normativa y monitorear ausentismo laboral.
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de manufactura y estándares de EHS.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión ambiental conforme a ISO 14001.
    • Coordinar brigadas de emergencia, investigaciones de incidentes y mantenimiento de equipos contra incendio.
    • Diseñar campañas, capacitaciones y fomentar la cultura de seguridad en el personal.
    • Cumplir con normativas legales, auditorías internas/externas y requerimientos de autoridades.
    • Supervisar programas ambientales (aire, agua, suelo, ruido) y participar en sistemas de calidad, inocuidad y HACCP.
