Job Title: 2 & 3 Year Olds Room Leader

Hours Per Week: Saturdays 3:30pm - 6:30pm

This position reports to: JKids Nursery Director

The Mission: JKids exists to empower ALL kids to experience life in Jesus

Key Responsibilities:

A Heart to Serve

  • The number one priority is the responsibility for the children in your care
  • Supervise and oversee the safety and security of children
  • Act as a positive role model and treat each child with dignity and respect
  • Engage the children in classroom activities which may include bible story time, crafts, worship songs, free play, games, or other age appropriate activities
  • Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures
  • Reporting all concerns regarding child or parent behaviors to the JKids Director
  • Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize toys, chairs, tables and floors after use


Job Essentials:

  • Christ Follower (As a religious organization, Jubilee Fellowship Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs)
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work flexible schedule, weekend shifts, and/or holiday shifts while maintaining good attendance and punctuality
  • A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults
  • Must be able to lift, hold and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to appropriately handle stressful situations
  • Promote Jubilee's values to Love God, Love People, Value Excellence, and Value Hard Work
