Job Description

岗位概述：协助压榨经理负责管理筒仓和发货区域的安全生产、工艺改善等。

主要职责:

1. 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
2. 协助压榨经理根据生产需要和技术进步状况，提出技术改进方案，获批准后组织实施。
3. 协助压榨经理建立车间的安全、卫生制度、MOC、PSM、ISO、持续改善以及绩效的考核标准，并对其进行考核评估和落实。
4. 协助压榨经理进行现场日常管理工作。根据压榨经理的安排，落实生产计划，并提出辅助材料需求计划。
5. 协助压榨经理努力降低生产成本。应按标准或用户要求组织生产合格产品，杜绝质量过剩现象
6. 协助压榨经理确保每月进行的产品及原辅料库存盘点账物相符。
7. 协助压榨经理根据安全生产规范和安全生产管理制度的要求，推进具体的安全生产管理工作，排除一切事故隐患，对员工加强纪律和安全生产教育，遵守安全生产法规。
8. 协助压榨经理负责组织和落实生产设备的日常保养和一级保养，建立设备档案，制定备品、配件计划。
9. 与其它部门保持良好的协作关系，协作其它部门共同完成生产任务。
10. 及时完成公司/部门交办的其他事项。

Qualifications

技能知识

• 熟悉CAD制图及office办公软件
• 熟悉工程计算、化工原理和数据分析
• 具备一定的大豆仓储、加工知识
• 良好的沟通协调能力
• 良好的管理能力以及团队建设能力
• 良好的发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力

工作经历:

•  两年以上仓储、粮油、食品、饲料、化工等行业工作经验。

教育背景:  

• 本科及以上学历，食品相关专业、工科背景优先

语言能力:

• 良好的英文读写能力，听说读写能力优秀者优先
