You will work alongside the Engineering Director to drive technical strategy, lead architecture decisions across multiple client engagements, and actively participate in pre-sales and account expansion initiatives. As Architecture Manager, you will blend technical expertise with commercial acumen — owning architecture decisions on complex client projects, mentoring senior engineers, and partnering with the Engineering Director to identify and develop new business opportunities within the alliance. Responsabilidades: Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical problems across multiple client engagements Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices that scale across projects Serve as the primary technical escalation point and Trusted Advisor to clients, translating business challenges into technical strategy Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence and career development Champion the adoption of AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices, promoting AI-augmented development and delivery methodologies across teams and client engagements Ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency of deployed solutions Define KPIs and monitor solution health; propose continuous improvements Manage technical risks and escalate appropriately with stakeholders Champion Agile practices and secure, high-quality engineering standards across teams Establish and maintain architectural consistency across multiple squads and client projects Ensure alignment with CI&T's strategic technical guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with prospective and existing clients Develop and present technical proposals, architecting solutions that address client needs and competitive positioning Participate in statement of work development and scope definition Identify account expansion opportunities and build the business case for additional services and scope Support the Engineering Director in cultivating and scaling client relationships within the alliance Requisitos: Several years of tenure at CI&T, with a proven track record of consistent, high-performance delivery Currently operating at Architecture Manager level, or as a Systems Architect with demonstrated readiness to step into this role Demonstrated autonomy — proven ability to own outcomes and drive delivery with minimal oversight Strong client-facing track record with consistent, positive engagement Experience working on projects with international or multinational clients Strong engineering background with expertise in systems design, technical problem-solving, and architectural thinking Experience with digital product development and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google) Background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities, technical proposal development, and client presentations Experience writing or collaborating on statements of work and scope documentation Comfort facilitating alignment between technical and business stakeholders across organizational levels Inglês Avançado/Fluente é obrigatório   #LI-AM2
