岗位职责

• 负责初中8-9年级桥梁方向物理教学，能够全英文教授初中物理核心课程，同步承担IGCSE物理教学任务；
• 精通国际课程知识体系及评估标，熟悉初中物理教学大纲和教材，能够使用现代化教学工具和方法，针对性学生申请国际高中的课程要求，对其进行大班、小班、个性化的课程讲授与辅导，帮助学生解决学习中的问题；
• 能够主导数学学科国际化与本土化融合的课程研发，定期输出相关国际高中趋势分析报告及教学改进方案。
• 具有丰富的班主任工作经验，具有较强的学生和课堂管理能力；具备良好的沟通能力，具有很强的语言表达能力，普通话标准，英语口语伶俐；
• 热爱教育事业，永葆教育热情，乐为人师，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。

We are currently recruiting a junior high school physics teacher for a school in Zhuhai. This position requires immediate onboarding.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for teaching physics in the bridge direction for grades 8-9 of junior high school. Capable of teaching core junior high school physics courses in English. Also concurrently undertake the teaching tasks of IGCSE physics.

Proficient in the international curriculum knowledge system and assessment standards. Familiar with the junior high school physics teaching syllabus and textbooks. Able to use modern teaching tools and methods. Tailor the courses and tutoring for students according to their requirements for applying to international high schools, providing large-class, small-class, and personalized courses and tutoring to help students solve their learning problems.

Capable of leading the research and development of integrated international and localized mathematics courses. Regularly output relevant international high school trend analysis reports and teaching improvement plans.

Having rich experience as a head teacher, with strong student and classroom management skills. Possessing good communication skills, strong language expression ability, with standard Mandarin and fluent English speaking.

Loving the education cause, maintaining a strong passion for education, willing to be a teacher, having a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

• 物理相关专业，具有3年以上初中物理双语教学经验，取得相应学科教师资格证书；
• 具有IG、AP、AL教学经验和广东省中考经验优先。
• 英语学科教师语言能力水平需达到英语专业八级或雅思7.0分及以上或托福100分及以上。
• Major in physics-related fields, with more than 3 years of bilingual teaching experience in junior high school physics, and having obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate for the subject;
• Having teaching experience in IG, AP, AL and experience in the Guangdong Province's high school entrance examination is preferred.
• The language proficiency of English subject teachers should reach the level of English major level 8 or an IELTS score of 7.0 or above, or a TOEFL score of 100 or above.
