About this role
職責工作, 包括但不限於:
- 負責執行家庭保安工作及基礎安全防護, 處理突發事件及撰寫報告
- 協助管理私人行程, 處理家庭行政事務安排
- 協助車輛及交通安排、司機人手調配, 確保行程順暢
- 協助行政文件處理及體力勞動工作
- 匯報緊急事故及提供解決方案
- 以禮待人，對僱主, 上司, 同事及賓客保持正面及友善態度
- 接受及完成上司委派的特定工作或項目
入職要求:
- 3年或以上私人助理/家庭管家或相關經驗
- 完成DSE/中五程度或以上, 或資歷架構(HKQF) Level 3 相等程度
- 完成紀律部隊訓練/保安培訓課程, 持有效「保安人員許可證」、「基本護衞服務證」可獲優先考慮
- 持有效「香港駕駛執照」 及「急救證書(FA)」獲優先考慮
- 性恪主動、警覺性高、慣守紀律
- 注意衛生、守時、有責任心
- 品格良好、嚴格保守秘密、能在受壓的情況下工作並樂於學習
- 良好的溝通技巧, 操流利廣東話, 懂一般普通話及英語對話
- 具備基本中英文讀書寫能力
- 6天工作, 能配合彈性安排上班時間
