About this role
職務概要
研華正在招募商務經營管理專員，來協助台灣業務日常運營和管理工作。此職位隸屬商務核心團隊，須協調內外部資源，提供數據分析以輔助決策，並確保專案能夠順利進行。更重要的是，作為風險管理的守護者，需識別和管理業務風險，確保公司運營的穩定性和合規性
主要工作內容
- 分析處理數據, 製作營運報表/業績報告, 進行績效分析並追蹤改善情況
- 協助價格政策與成本/利潤分析, 管理價格系統資料與架構設計
- 優化業務管理制度與流程, 制定績效目標與評量追蹤機制, 規劃激勵方案
- 執行業務商機管理規範, CRM系統資料庫紀律化管理與制度維護
- 監控和分析CRM系統數據，配合業務需求 制定相關解決方案
- 制定和完善公司內部控制制度，確保業務內容符合相關法律法規和公司政策
- 進行商務專案控制評估，識別風險並提出改進建議
必要條件
- 3年以上工作經驗
- 大學學歷以上主修商業及管理學科類企管、商學、財務相關，MBA preferred
- 英文能力可達工作溝通
- 擅長Excel、PowerPoint、SAP等工具
