โ Management of several cell suppliers in China
โ Cell part approval
โ Cell manufacturing supervision
โ Cell specification discussion and alignment with Bosch System Engineering and Supplier
โ Coordination with plant, supplier, and development
โ Close alignment with Bosch purchasing
โ Cell contact person to customers
โ Responsible for time, spec, costs of the cell
Qualifications

โ MSc or PhD in engineering, chemistry, physics or related field
โ ๏ผ3 years experience in Li-Ion cell development
โ Overview of technical expertise of Chinese cell suppliers
โ Experience in automotive development
โ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
โ Excellent cross-cultural skills (Germany, USA, Japan, China)
โ Strong-willed
โ International travelling
โ Good English skill in both written and Oral
โ Good spirit and ability in team work
