Job Description

Ready to kick-start your career in financial services? As a Junior Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas including Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration, Regulatory & Compliance, Corporate & Fund Accounting, and Tax. This rotational opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, develop technical and professional skills, and gain a holistic understanding of how a leading global investor services business operates. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll build valuable industry knowledge, contribute to meaningful projects, and establish a strong foundation for a successful long-term career.

What You Will Do

• You'll support a variety of business functions across Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration, Regulatory & Compliance, Accounting, and Tax, gaining broad exposure to the financial services industry.
• You'll assist with administrative, operational, compliance, and client deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately, professionally, and within established deadlines.
• You'll help maintain records, prepare documentation, update internal systems, and support regulatory, accounting, and reporting processes.
• You'll collaborate with colleagues across different teams, learning best practices while contributing to day-to-day business activities and projects.
• You'll develop your technical knowledge and professional skills through on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of business operations.

Qualifications

About You

• You're a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
• You have a genuine interest in building a career within the financial services and corporate services industry.
• You demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• You're eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to take on new challenges in a dynamic and professional environment.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
