Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Junior Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team. The main objective of this role is to further strengthen the equity of the Group through the implementation of the Annual Marketing & Communication plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of communication campaigns
• Implement flawlessly the annual marketing plan
• Manage assigned marketing projects & tasks
• Write compelling marketing copy for websites, newsletters and other marketing needs
• Create, design and distribute newsletters via MailChimp or similar platforms, including performance tracking and reporting
• Manage the creation of leaflets in collaboration with graphic designers
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and create relevant reports
• Monitor brand budget & invoices
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors
• Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure alignment and support in the implementation of projects and tasks
• Monitor competition and create relevant reports
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience of 1-3 years in an organized marketing department
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, time management, and a growth-oriented mindset.
