About the Role:
Kozman & Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Affairs Officer to join its Legal Department. To support daily legal operations and assist with legal documentation, regulatory compliance, contract administration, document control, and coordination with governmental authorities when required.
๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
* Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records.
* Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documentation.
* Support contract administration and document control processes.
* Assist with regulatory compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with governmental authorities and external entities when needed.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper document management.

- Bachelorโs Degree in Law is preferred
- 0โ2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
