ABOUT THE POSITION
Junior Localization Coordinator at BURGA is more than just a title – is a great opportunity to develop your skills in localization within one of Lithuania's fastest-growing global consumer brands. You'll join a fast-paced environment with new collections, campaigns, and product launches happening all the time, giving you plenty of hands-on experience from day one.
Your Role: keep our localization engine running smoothly, day in and day out. From managing voiceover projects end-to-end to supporting our translation workflows, you'll be the person who makes sure every deadline is hit, every file is import-ready, and every linguist has what they need to do their best work. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and getting things exactly right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage voiceover projects: Manage voiceover projects from coordinating with voice talent to reviewing recordings and handling invoicing.
- Track translation deadlines closely, ensuring every project is delivered on time.
- Prepare files for translation – removing unnecessary details, clarifying open questions, and filling in missing information.
- Be the go-to point of contact for linguists, answering their queries on ongoing translation projects.
- Run AI quality checks using given prompts and rules.
- Support the search for new freelance translators, including sharing test translations and negotiating rates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
- Good command of English (bonus points if you know another language).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good analytical and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others miss.
- Ability to juggle multiple parallel workstreams and stay organized under a fast pace.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Phrase TMS or other translation management tools.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and how they can support translation/QA workflows.
- Background in localization, translation, or linguistics.
- Experience in e-commerce.
SALARY: 1500-1800 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
