Online business school Laba is an innovator in the EdTech industry. We generate tools that change business and help you to develop your professional skills. Our lecturers include experts from Google, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, IBM, DataArt, Visa, EPAM, and other well-known companies. Our mission is to create education with relevant knowledge that needs to be used today.

We are expanding and looking for a Junior Producer to join our Laba team. This high-visibility position will be responsible for driving our most critical business initiatives, namely producing new online courses. As a Producer, you will combine your business thinking, marketing & creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills with your strong ability to build relations with critical internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the courses you create and produce. 

Let’s get to the tasks:

• ideate, brainstorm, and manage the production of online courses for Laba Hungary including recruiting and engaging new experts;
• work with Marketing and Sales teams to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a course;
• facilitate executive-level escalations and course-level change management;
• monitor the progress of course delivery by tracking production status, risks, issues, and dependencies;
• manage course-level communications to ensure stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans, and delivery status;
• lead course reviews with students, delivery teams, instructors, and executive management as required;
• facilitate course retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities;
• ensure the efficient use of organizational resources;
• live and breathe a proactive course production mindset, filling roles as necessary to meet delivery goals.

What do we expect from you:

• previous experience in project management/account management/project coordination or similar fields, managing moderately sized projects and programs from start to finish;
• KPI-driven mindset;
• Proficiency in Hungarian, Upper-intermediate in English (you will be in touch with our HQ team);
• strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence and credibility, so that you can effectively engage and interact with senior and executive-level external stakeholders;
• strong business acumen combined with a marketing or sales background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate course ideas and their value to a wide range of audiences, adjusting the message to the audience;
• ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively and meet aggressive deadlines;
• ability to manage project schedules and associated dependencies, identify possible issues, risks, and actions, and work with key stakeholders to mitigate them;
• experience in online course development is a significant advantage;
• outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and fun personality.

The salary range for this position: gross 570.000-610.000 HUF/month
