Junior Product Manager

We are now looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the development, launch, and management of telecom products or services, ensuring the products align with customer needs, market trends, and company goals while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking a project from idea to completion
• Work closely with both the development and design teams to take features from concepts to release
• Researching and understanding which features / components would be good to add
• Prepare reports, presentations, guidelines, business requirements
• Working with a multitude of successful software solutions
• Writing up business cases and presenting them to the team

• At least 2+ years experience working in a software company in a product role
• BA in Computer Science, Business Administration or any other relevant field
• Passion and ability to become a product expert
• Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Knowledge of databases and good understanding of software development
• Comfortable working in a technical environment & can handle technical conversations with software engineers as well as understanding the experience from a user's perspective
• Loves technology and uses software products on a regular basis
• Understands how to describe complicated ideas in simple terms
