Your Mission

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts in the Belux market. Working hand in hand with an Account Executive. You will book meetings for your AE and also close your own deals !

This is the perfect entry point into the world of B2B sales, a real sales school where you will learn the craft and grow into a deal-closing role.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and research target companies with parking and mobility challenges.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and understand their pain points before handing them over to your Account Executive.
  • Close your own small deals
  • Book and schedule meetings for your AE with high-potential prospects.
  • Work closely with your AE to fine-tune messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and follow up on all outreach activities.
  • Build a strong understanding of the mobility and real estate industries to position BePark as a trusted partner.

What we’re looking for :

  • Someone who is a hunter and with a competitive mindset !
  • Maximum 4 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong listening and analytical abilities to quickly understand prospects’ needs.
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to manage your time efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role in the future.
