Job Description

- Lead the class

- Plan and implement lessons for 2-6 year-old students

- Work closely with parents as partners

- Work with teachers and campus staff as a team

Qualifications

- Local qualified kindergarten teacher is preferred.

- TESOL/ TEFL certificate holder is preferred.

• Have a strong understanding of individual learning styles. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build a trust relationship with students and parents. 

• Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior.   

• Able to stay calm and be flexible in difficult situations. 

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education pedagogies and experienced in teaching children aged 2-6 years old. 

• High level of personal accountability.
