Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time Position
- Hours: Mondays-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm
- Every other weekend & every other holiday required
- Rate: $16.00/hour
Job Description
- Responsible for managing incoming stock on delivery days. Rotating old stock for FIFO, keeping stock organized arranged by product with safety and sanitation rules applying
- Fills par requisition forms for Dining Staff
- Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
- Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
- Wash dishes, clean kitchen
- Any other reasonable requests of management team
