The Job:

As the Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Equipment Maintenance and Repair Team.

 You’ll get to:    

• Supervise maintenance technicians during shift operations and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and manage preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance, including TPM activities and repair processes.
• Oversee spare parts ordering and coordinate external contractors to ensure timely and effective equipment repairs.
• Support inspections, manage corrective actions for technical equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on maintenance and improvement projects.
• Drive process optimization and ensure compliance with OHS, fire safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices, including KPI tracking such as MTTR and MTBF.

About You:

• Previous experience in maintenance, technical operations, or a similar coordination/supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment reliability management.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and KPIs such as Lean, PDCA, MTTR, and MTBF.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and workplace organization standards such as 5S.
• Native Czech language skills are required; English is an advantage for communication in an international company environment.
