Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)

• 按照要求对生产原材料、中间产品和最终产品进行检测，确保其符合公司质量标准。 
• 对检测结果进行准确评价，为主管放行提供可靠的数据依据。
• 负责检测设备的日常校准并确保其处在安全操作条件下。
• 熟练应用公司实验室信息管理系统。
• 参加安全会议并完成相关安全培训。
• 完成质量主管下达的其它工作。

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)

• 具备实验室分析技能，熟悉化学品操作和实验室工作流程。能够使用相关检测工具和检测设备。掌握质量控制和数据分析的基本知识。
• 动手能力强，操作仔细认真。
• 独立思考，具备一定的问题解决能力。
• 善于沟通，能够读懂并解释设备操作说明书。
• 良好的人际关系，善于团队合作。
• 能够合理安排时间，同时完成多项样品检测工作。
• 一定的英语阅读笔译能力。
• 具有高度安全、环保、节能意识，遵守工厂各项安全要求。

Education/Experience

• 大专以上学历，化工或分析化学专业优先。
• 能适应倒班工作，汉沽、生态城优先。
• 有检测实验室工作经验的优先。
• 1年以上质量控制工作经验，条件优秀者可放宽。
