What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Keeping tables clear, glassware collected, and the venue looking its best throughout the night.
- Working closely with our bar, security, and management teams to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
- Helping maintain a positive atmosphere while ensuring responsible alcohol service standards are followed.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties to make sure the venue is ready to shine for every service.
- Handling guest queries confidently and professionally, always looking for ways to exceed expectations.
- Jumping in wherever needed and supporting your teammates during busy periods.
