The Financial Planning & Operations team is part of Global Finance and is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support business decision-making and provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health by bringing together financial, operational, and external data.

The team supports long-term planning. They lead the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting processes. They also generate insights at market and regional levels to understand key drivers of business performance. By identifying emerging trends and developing early warning signals, the team helps anticipate risks, uncover growth opportunities, and enable timely, accurate, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

The Specialty businesses include a wide range of business divisions from the brand homes, through the Joint Venture structures till the non-standard, non-SAP businesses (e.g. J&B).

    About the Role

    • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of global FP&O processes across assigned markets and regions, ensuring planning and reporting activities are executed consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.

    • Partner with Finance, functional, and market stakeholders to drive planning and reporting excellence, improve process effectiveness, and enable high-quality business decision-making.

    • Manage financial planning and reporting processes for assigned markets and regions, ensuring adherence to global standards, governance requirements, and planning calendars.

    • Collaborate with collaborators to understand business requirements, resolve planning and reporting issues, and support the adoption of global processes, solutions, and standard methodologies.

    • Drive financial process improvements, systems enhancements, and analytical initiatives that strengthen planning and reporting effectiveness, data quality, and operational efficiency.

    • Monitor process performance, find opportunities for optimization and standardization, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Provide planning and reporting expertise to cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, supporting the successful implementation of new processes and solutions.

    About you

    • Bachelor's or Master's n Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

    • 4–6 years of relevant Finance experience, with exposure to FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management.

    • Good understanding of financial processes and finance systems.

    • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or standardization initiatives.

    • Strong analytical, communication, and partner management skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work in a global, matrix organization.

    • Continuous improvement approach, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and operational excellence.

    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
