About this role

Act as the point of contact for external and client auditors, prepare internal control reports, and conduct internal process validations. Handle exceptions in attendance and leave management processes, conduct statutory compliance validations, and liaise with labor offices to support statutory audits.

Semi qualified Accountant/Commerce Graduate with 4+
years of General Accounting experience
Experience in Finance Accounting and Management
Experience in Period close , understanding Journal
Good understanding in Cash and Balance sheet reconciliation
Good in excel and power point
Must have worked on GL module/ Oracle and other ERP
Similar platform with experience in US accounting/ Reconciliation
Self-disciplined and result oriented
Ability to multi task
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment and drive for results
Strong analytical skills
Ability to understand and question established process

Bachelors or Masters Degree in commerce or finance or qualified/semi-qualified professional accountant (Graduate (Finance) , Post-Graduate (Finance) , BBA, MBA, CA, CMA, CS) 5 - 7 years
